#3: We go a lil bit corny today!
As corny as it may seem to sound, I love corn and he loves being corny. No?
We tried the Corn Hoon Kueh!
Ingredients:
- 200g Coconut Milk
- 80g sugar
- 350g water
- 90g Hoon Kueh Flour/ Mung Bean/ Green Bean Flour
- 200g water
- 120g Canned Corn
- Banana leaves (to fold)
PS: We had some difficulty getting the mung bean flour/ green bean flour. Just do take note that its packaging is abit odd. In a cylindrical shape container! Oops, I didnt have a picture of it. But, managed to google it….
Enjoy trying this simple dish! It’s good for tea time, served cold. Toodles!
