#9: Keema and Waffles
Well oh well. This is another back-dated post of #irmanadzcooks!
Anyways I love cooking with Irman. He is literally my right-hand man, always helping me out in the kitchen. And through this journey, I realized that cooking is not difficult. Everyone has taste, even if they don’t realize it. Even if you’re not a great chef, there’s nothing to stop you understanding the difference between what tastes good and what doesn’t. Am truly am blessed to share this journey with my crazy other half ;p
So, today’s menu is Keema and Waffles!
Keema ingredients:
- 200g minced meat
- 1 onion (diced)
- potato (diced – plenty)
- 1 tbsp blended cili
- 1 tsp ketumbar dan jintan (kisar)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp serbuk kunyit/tumeric powder
- 1″ ginger dan 2 garlic
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tomato (diced)
- half cup of water
- 2 pokok daun ketumbar (hiris)
- 1 cup green peas
